Spleen: The lower pole of the spleen shows heterogeneous appearance with hypodense areas in keeping within splenic rupture. Pelvic fluid: Large amount of pelvic and lower abdominal fluid is seen (density of 50-60 HU) in keeping with hemoperitoneum.
