• Findings: Type 2 accessory navicular bone with bone marrow edema and contrast enhancement at the medial aspect of the navicular bone and accessory navicular bone. Periarticular soft tissue edema. There is also a mild tibiotalar joint effusion and focal bone marrow edema at the anteromedial aspect of the talus. Findings are suggestive of accessory navicular syndrome.
