  • Findings: Bony bruise of the lateral tibial plateau, inter tibial region and proximal tibia noted. There is complete tear of the ACL. Lateral meniscus: There is complete vertical tear of the anterior horn, furthermore the anterior horn is seen to be displaced in the intercondylar region, suggestive of flipped meniscus. Medial meniscus: There is complete complex tear (vertical & oblique component) of the posterior horn, with upper/lower and outer articular surface communication. There is edema of the body with extrusion of its anterior horn. Grade I sprain of lateral collateral ligament. Grade II sprain of medial collateral ligament. Moderate volume joint effusion noted. Periarticular soft tissue thickening noted.
