  • Findings: There is peripancreatic fat stranding with mild ill defined fluid collection along the greater curvature of stomach (posterolateral to the body of stomach). The renal fascia and lateroconal fascia appears prominent due to mild peripancreatic fluid collection. The normal lobulated morphology of pancreas is maintained, and there is homogeneous and normal enhancement in all phases of scan. The body and tail of pancreas appear mildly bulky (compared to the pancreatic head and uncinate process). The gallbladder shows multiple small radio opaque calculi within the lumen. CBD and MPD appear normal. Mild free fluid collection noted in the pelvis. There is mild bilateral pleural effusion and basal atelectasis.
