  • Findings: The pancreas is swollen with smoothing of its contour. The pancreas shows non-enhancing confluent areas and intraparenchymal fluid in the neck and body of the pancreas. Fluid is also seen around the pancreas. Small volume ascites in the perihepatic space and the pelvis.The intrahepatic ducts and CBD are minimally dilated.The gall bladder shows wall enhancement. Suspicion of an air locule in the retroperitoneum behind the pancreas between the SMA and aorta, possibly from a perforated duodenum.
