  • Findings: Marked increase in pancreas volume, mainly in body and tail, which is associated with significant inflammatory changes of peripancreatic adipose tissue. Observed lack of impregnation pancreatic head and body compatible with necrosis greater than 30% in the later phases. The findings described are associated with peripancreatic inflammatory changes and the presence of collections on the left and right anterior pararenal space.
