  • Findings: The pancreas is edematous with mild surrounding fat stranding. There was no evidence of complication. The adjacent small bowel is thick walled, likely reactive. Fatty liver. A relative hyperdense region at the gallbladder fossa may represent focal fatty sparing. Adrenal glands and spleen have a normal appearance. More than 10 renal stones are demonstrated in the right kidney and more than five renal stones are present in the left kidney; the largest is at the left superior pole and measures 7 mm. The kidneys have an otherwise normal appearance.
