Similar bone marrow signal changes are demonstrated at the symphysis pubis. Preserved joint space of both ligamentous and synovial parts of the joints. No subchondral sclerosis or cystic changes. Normal shape and signal intensities of the muscles attachments...No enthesitis. A simple cyst of the right ovary measures 28 x 35 mm.
