The inter-cornual angle was at 55° with the flat external contour of the uterine fundus, and the inter-cornual distance was at 30 mm. Thickening of the junctional zone at the uterine fundus (20 mm) with multiple high T1WI/T2WI foci within. There are two small intra-mural leiomyomas, fundal (23 mm), and corporeal left posterolateral (20 mm). Numerous small Nabothian cysts are noted within the cervical stroma. Both ovaries appear normal with numerous follicles
