  • Findings: Motion artifacts in the upper abdomen, the patient had breathing difficulties. Soft tissue density lesion measuring 5.3 x 5.0 cm noted in the left suprarenal region showing peripheral nodular enhancement with centripetal filling in the portal venous and delayed phases, isodense to the aorta in all phase. The left adrenal gland is not separately visualized. The similar lesion also noted in segment VI of the liver suggestive of hepatic hemangioma. The neck of the gallbladder shows a calculus. Incidental note on a lipoma in the lateral abdominal wall on right side.
