Summary:

Description
  • Radiopaedia case ID: 20368
  • Image ID: 2571532
  • Modality: CT
  • System: Gastrointestinal
  • Findings: There is a 16 cm mass of predominantly fat density, with mass effect on the liver. The mass is very well defined, and doesn't infiltrate adjacent organs. A thin calcification is seen centrally. The most probable diagnosis is adrenal myelolipoma. The features are not suggestive of retroperitoneal liposarcoma, but it must be included in the differential diagnosis.
