  • Findings: CXR demonstrates signs of advanced pulmonary TB: Bilateral, coarse, predominantly upper lobe fibrosis with pleural thickening and callus formation, large, confluous cavities, diffuse consolidated areas. Note the resultant abnormally elevated position of the hila, better appreciated on the right.
