  • Findings: There are two well-defined, anechoic encapsulated lesions in the lateral region of the proximal thigh. They measure about 20 x 12 x 6 mm and 6 x 6 x 3 mm. Deep to each cystic lesion, there is a reverberation artifact caused by femur intramedullary locking screw heads. There is no lesion abutting the distal femur screw head. There is no effusion in the right hip or knee joint.
