  • Study findings: A lobulated mass with punctuate calcification is seen in anterior mediastinum.Post operative changes due to Whipple procedure are noted as resection of head of pancreas and adjacent duodenum, cholecystectomy, and gastrojejunostomy. Also, hepatoduodenal anastomosis are observed, causing air in biliary tree.A few small cysts are seen in liver.Several cortical cysts are also seen in both kidneys.The prostate gland is enlarged.
