  • Findings: Selected images from an MRI with contrast demonstrate a very large bifrontal extraaxial mass which has a large dural base and enhances homogeneously. The frontal bone, especially on the left demonstrates abnormal signal with a small amount of extension beneath the scalp. The main differential is between a  hemangiopericytoma and a meningioma.
