  • Findings: Joint effusion. Proximal fibers of the anterior cruciate ligament are not identifiable and the course of the distal fibers is horizontal, in keeping with a complete ACL tear. A longitudinal vertical tear of the posterior horn of the lateral meniscus, extending from the attachment of the ligament of Wrisberg anteriorly to the junction of the meniscal posterior horn and body. A bucket-handle tear of the medial meniscus. Additional finding of trochlear dysplasia - Dejour type C, with a prominent lateral facet and a hypoplastic medial facet.
