Horizontal oblique tear of anterior root of lateral meniscus. Grade 2 degenerate posterior horn of medial meniscus. Near total disruption of mid portion of anterior cruciate ligament. Small simple Baker cyst. Mild edema of deep fibers of medial collateral ligament. Normal lateral collateral ligament, patellar retinacula, posterior cruciate ligament, patellar and quadriceps tendon and posterolateral corner structures.
