  • Study findings: Yellow arrows delineate the calcaneal fracture line. Note the sharp fracture margins, angulated corners of the fracture fragment/donor site, and nonuniform gap (wider anteriorly vs posteriorly). There is subtle posterior displacement of the fragment relative to donor site.
