  • Findings: The anterior recess of the ankle joint shows mild effusion. There is an avulsion of the fibular end of the anterior talofibular ligament along with a bone flake. There is a corresponding donor site defect in the fibula. The ligament is intact with mild edema. The calcaneofibular ligament and anterior inferior tibiofibular ligament are normal.
