  • Findings: A well-circumscribed oval lesion with a pseudocapsule is located anterior to the ankle joint. Centrally the lesion is low signal with a peripheral high signal rim and low signal pseudocapsule. Near homogeneous post contrast enhancement. Pulsation artifact is present. No ankle joint effusion. Degenerative change of the anterior ankle joint.
