Modality: Annotated image System: Vascular Findings: Focal narrowing of the descending thoracic aorta just distal to the left subclavian artery. The heart is not enlarged and there is few collaterals seen in axial cuts and dilatation of the internal mammary artery with anastomosis with epigastric arteries.
