  • Findings: Well-placed endotracheal tube and nasogastric tube. Right femoral arterial line. Foley catheter in urinary bladder. Dissection of the aorta beginning at the aortic root (Stanford A). The LMCA is supplied by the true lumen, whereas the RCA appears to be supplied by the false lumen. All three arteries emanating from the aortic arch are supplied by both the true and the false lumina. Other arteries supplied by both lumens: both CCAs, left ICA, both ECAs, SMA, left RA, left CIA. Arteries supplied by the true lumen: right SA, right ICA celiac trunk, right RA, right CIA. Arteries supplied by the false lumen: IMA. The pulmonary trunk is narrow, the left atrium is flattened and there is blood pooling with dependent layering in the IVC and the right hepatic vein - signs of cardiogenic shock 1. Small pericardial effusion. RLL atelectasis with air bronchogram, Minute amount of right pleural effusion and moderate amount on the left.
