  • Findings: The aorta shows concentric atherosclerotic plaque along its entire length. The plaque gradually thickens, beginning immediately below the renal arteries, with complete occlusion commencing below the origin of the inferior mesenteric artery. The femoral arteries are supplied by collaterals. Circumaortic left renal vein. The opacified urinary collecting system and bladder are the consequence of a prior CT study done earlier the same day.
