  • Findings: The appendix was evaluated in its entire length. Its tip was directed to 4 o'clock. There are intraluminal three echogenic foci showing acoustic shadowing favoring appendicoliths. The largest appendicolith measured 11 mm along its long axis. The rest of the appendix is normal without dilatation. There is no periappendical fat inflammation. Cecum and terminal ileum were normal. There was no local lymphadenopathy. There is no abnormality on the left side of the abdomen.
