Description	Radiopaedia case ID: 84682 Image ID: 54071991 Image stack position: 18/25 Plane projection: Axial Aux modality: T2 Study findings: Normal brain, brain stem, and cerebellar signal. Normal ventricular system and sulci. There is around 5 mm fluid signal along the course of the left transverse sinus indicating arachnoid granulation with normal signal void proximally and distally. Post gadolinium contrast images show no abnormal intracranial enhancement. A small right frontal scalp cyst depicting diffusion restriction suggestive of a sebaceous cyst. Prominent adenoids with mild mucosal thickening of the maxillary antra are also noticeable. Modality: MRI System: Central Nervous System Findings: Normal brain, brain stem, and cerebellar density. No acute intracranial hemorrhage or obvious masses. Small fluid density is seen along the course of the left transverse sinus indicating arachnoid granulation.
