  • Findings: A large left frontal extra-axial mass is present with marked positive mass effect and associated edema in the adjacent brain. In many areas, an intact cortical ribbon cannot be identified which raises the possibility of brain invasion. Areas of signal loss are consistent with calcification/mineralization. No calvarial destruction or intraosseous enhancement.
