  • Findings: Diffuse enlargement of the pancreas with loss of definition of the pancreatic clefts and several internal small cyst like lesions are seen, accompanied by surrounding fat strandings. Several prominent lymphnodes with maximum SAD of 8mm are seen in the vicinity of the diseased pancreas. A little amount free fluid is present at peripancreatic & perisplenic spaces. Bile & pancreatic ducts are not dilated.
