  • Findings: Hugely enlarged kidneys with numerous variable sized cysts consistent with the known polycystic kidney disease. The left kidney approximates 24 cm in length and the right kidney approximates 17 cm in length. This is from the upper margin of the upper cysts to the lower margin of the lower cysts. Intervening renal parenchyma noted with multiple calcifications. Perinephric fat is clear on both sides. The lower margin of both kidneys extends to the iliac crests. The bladder is near empty.
