Several small hyperdense foci are present between the cysts inferring stones or focal wall calcifications, measuring less than 8 mm. There are also multiple cysts at liver less than 25 mm. The spleen is not seen due to prior resection. A 35×25 mm fluid accumulation is present at anterior aspect of left pelvis. The prostate gland is enlarged.
