There are associated subchondral acetabular and femoral head erosions. There is fragmentation, flattening and crescentic lucency of the left femoral head in keeping with avascular necrosis. There are established marginal osteophytes of the acetabular roof. There is severe concentric narrowing of the right joint space. There are associated subchondral acetabular and femoral head erosions. There are established marginal osteophytes of the acetabular roof. There is subchondral sclerosis. No abnormal soft tissue mass or calcification is identified. The SI joints appear normal.
