Description	Radiopaedia case ID: 77824 Image ID: 52691721 Plane projection: Supine AP Modality: X-ray System: Chest Findings: Initial chest radiograph (Image 1) in supine position shows a large mass-like convex soft tissue opacity in the right superior posterior mediastinum. Follow-up radiograph (Image 2) taken few days after in upright position however revealed a lobulated mass-like structure in the right hilar region. No surgical intervention was done in the interim.
