  • Findings: A small bone fragment is displaced from the inferior aspect of the glenoid consistent with a bony Bankart lesion. There is also subtle compression deformity of the superolateral humeral head consistent with a Hill-Sachs lesion. Both these lesions are the result of previous anterior shoulder dislocation. This patient had a history of recurrent dislocations.
