  • Findings: An acute attack of sinusitis is noted involving the left maxillary sinus which shows air/fluid level, with the rest of right maxillary, both frontal, both ethmoidal air cells and left sphenoid sinuses show mucoperiosteal thickening of chronic sinusitis. An accidental discovery of left parotid gland well defined, homogenous hyperdense to the rest of the gland rounded mass with no necrosis, calcification or infiltration of the adjacent structures.
