Description	Radiopaedia case ID: 76171 Image ID: 52372168 Modality: Ultrasound System: Musculoskeletal Findings: There is a well-defined lesion in the region of interest; measuring about 104 x 86 x 45 mm. It is located in the posterior lumbar region in the midline and the left paramedian location. The lesion is in the subcutaneous plane. It abuts skin and tip of the lumbar vertebral spinous process. It is separate from the muscle/ bone/ spinal canal.The lesion shows hypoechoic heterogeneous echopattern with the presence of few cystic spaces. There is the presence of few lobulations and acoustic enhancement. Few arterial and venous flow signals are present in the lesion.
