  • Findings: Hypodense pancreatic body mass measuring 3.2 X 2.2 X 2.1 cm with a small cystic component. Mildly dilated main pancreatic duct and intra- and extrahepatic bile ducts. No evidence of regional lymph node or hepatic spread.Hypodense (fluid density) anterior part of the caudate lobe (segment I) of the liver, perhaps focal fatty infiltration.The gallbladder has been removed.Small parapelvic renal cysts bilaterally.Multiple uterine leiomyomas, many of which are calcified. Celiacomesenteric trunk with a bicameral aneurysm measuring 4.5 cm (AP) X 3.4 cm altogether, its anterior chamber thrombosed and peripherally calcified. All the main branches originate from the posterior chamber.The abdominal aorta, particularly its infrarenal part, shows soft and calcified atheromatous plaque.
