  • Findings: Two separate uterine horns are noted with a common cervical canal. The deep fundal cleft was at 1.6 cm and the intercornual distance was at 5.5 cm. The intercornual angle was at 110°. Small intramural leiomyomas are noted. The left ovary is normal in appearance with small follicles. Right ovary: past-history of ovariectomy for ovarian torsion according to the patient (surgical report not available). Minimal effusion is noted in Douglas pouch. No associated renal anomalies seen on ultrasound (not shown)
