  • Findings: A 53 × 43 × 39 mm well-defined mass is noted at left parotid gland which shows mild inhomogeneous enhancement on post-contrast images. A few coarse calcified foci are seen within the mass. Another mass; measuring 64 × 52 × 47 mm in diameter is present at right parotid gland, containing large thick-walled cystic component. After contrast media injection, soft tissue portion of the mass shows enhancement.
