  • Findings: CT Pelvis: Bilateral protrusio acetabuli results in over-coverage of both femoral heads and a pincer type of femoro-acetabular impingement. Coronal images best show the medialisation of the medial wall of the acetabulum with the femoral heads entirely covered by acetabulum.
