  • Findings: There are multiple and bilateral well-defined ovarian masses ranging from 15 to 35 mm on the right and 20 to 50 mm on the left. They elicit an isosignal to the myometrium on T1, low signal on T2 with areas of high signal mainly on the right (may represent areas of edema or cystic degeneration) with restricted diffusion. The postcontrast sequences show moderate and relatively homogeneous enhancement. as the normal myometrium. Mild to moderate ascites is noted. The chest radiograph (not shown) was normal.
