Description	Radiopaedia case ID: 54147 Image ID: 31084022 Image stack position: 38/51 Plane projection: Axial Aux modality: bone window Modality: CT System: Musculoskeletal Findings: Multiple dental implants are noted degrading images quality at corresponding levels. An osteolytic lesion seen in the right mandibular body with inner and outer cortical breaking with sequestrum bone within and evidence of tooth extraction compared to the previous study (provided ) with soft tissue component is seen suggestive of osteonecrosis rather than metastasis or osteomyelitis. No other and similar suspicious lesions seen in the visualized bones.
