Left-sided hydronephrosis and hydroureter and associated mildly reduced perfusion to the left kidney. Several low-density renal lesions, representing parapelvic and cortical cysts. Semi-annular wall thickening of the cecum with length of 3.5 cm and wall thickness up to 1.6 cm. No upstream dilatation. No enlarged lymph node. No metastases identified. Hypoplastic left liver lobe. Multiple calcified uterine fibroids. Conclusion
