  • Findings: The initial plain scan showed a 4.3 x 3.1 cm pedunculated mass arising from the superior wall of the urinary bladder and contrasted scan showed faint contrast enhancement of the mass. Further delayed imaging showed the mass clearly, against the contrast filled urine. An additional prone study better depicts the mass, especially with its continuity with the urinary bladder wall.
