Right internal oblique, bilateral Iliopsoas/iliacus, and paraspinal injury with active extravasation. Left transverse process fractures, traumatic subluxation with jumped facets of L5 on S1. Delays: No urine leak. Foci of active extravasation on the portal venous phase have disbursed.
