Description	Radiopaedia case ID: 57553 Image ID: 34893268 Image stack position: 4/6 Modality: Ultrasound System: Breast Findings: There is a lobulated collection with mobile echoes mainly in the upper and inner quadrant; extending from 11 o'clock to 3 o'clock. Its deeper part abuts pectoralis major muscle. Approximate size is 90 x 55 x 35 mm with a volume of about 95 ccs. There is a discrete smaller collection ( about 17mm x 15mm x 11 mm ) in a superficial plane at 9 o'clock. There is a non-necrotic axillary node.
