  • Findings: There is a 9x10 cm large well-circumscribed, oval mass containing both fat and soft-tissue density with a thin, radiopaque pseudocapsule suggestive for fibroadenolipoma (hamartoma). This has a breast within a breast appearance. Real time sonography(not shown) was performed and showed this lesion containing fat. Scattered punctuate microcalcifications within the mass appear benign type.
