This finding was associated to a hyperinflated area of the lower right lung. The rounded ending of this tubular structure corresponds to a bronchial atresia filled with fluid and mucinous content.

  • Findings: Increased nodular density superimposed on the right lower cardiac silhouette. Increased nodular density in the retrocardiac space.
