Peripheral curvilinear and punctate wall calcifications were noted. There is a mass effect to the adjacent structures, but invasion to adjacent structures are not definite. Modality: CT System: Chest Findings: A well-defined anterior mediastinal rounded opacity with peripheral thin linear calcification.
