No focal lesion. The IVC and hepatic veins are attenuated and the spleen is enlarged. Also, there is marked ascites. Diagnosis: Budd-Chiari syndrome

  • Findings: CT scout image shows global abdominal distension with centrally located bowels suggesting marked ascites.
