  • Findings: Intra articular fracture of the calcaneus demonstrates the presence of three fracture lines (medial, central and lateral). All fracture lines are more than 2 mm gap. The fracture lines extends to the subtalar joint. No evidence of C fracture line ( sustentacular line) reducing the fracture type from sanders type 4 to sanders type 3 AB.
