Dilated tortuous vessels are also noted within some of the masses, which raise the possibility of AV fistulas and shunting. Modality: CT System: Oncology Findings: Numerous bilateral lung nodules and masses are noted, suspicious for metastatic disease.No effusion or pneumothorax.
